Slime time glitch

Me and my friends have levelled up all the magma cubes to level 31 and we have not completed the challenge.

Not to mention that a spawner costs 80M.

Is there anyway we can skip the main quest? because till we can we are softlocked in this skyblock.

Both if I remember. we got 3 (I think) magma spawners. we did one in the overworld one in the nether and I don't remember where we did the third one but the progress bar still did not advance

Well I remember that quest and I did it in the overworld not reading the requirements. And then went to the nether and did it and completed it
