person 1 - +1 (1)
person 2 - -2 (-1)
person 3 - ×3 (-3)
person 4 - ÷4 (-0.75)
person 5 - +5 (4.25)
person 6 - -6 (-1.75)
person 7 - ×7 (-12.25)
person 8 - ÷8 (-1.53125)

basically in the order of +, -, × and ÷ u get me right
