Does coal or lapis or cobblestone gives xp if yes than how much? And how to see how much they are giving for one block.

Lapis gives you the most, coal gives a small amount, and cobblestone gives none.

You can look at your XP bar the moment you mine the ore, then you can see the bar moving up! :D

Sometimes the XP is a little buggy, so you just have to keep looking at your experience levels (it should go up)
