Are you sure that you are on the right Minecraft account? If you are very sure that you are on the right account but still don't have your rank, I'd recommend you to email sales@cubecraft.net. Also, your rank is still visible on the forums.
This thread has been answered above. Also you have not lost your rank, your parents requested a refund, which is why you no longer have the rank. Thanks! :D
