This system has already been explained by Sweetenerera, but you can also nevigate this system with your mouse. Middle Click to bring up the menu, scroll to your desired player (or next page) and Middle Click to teleport to the player.

If this doesn't get added I will lose faith in the devs forever. Motivation like the missions would make me play on the server more often, and now one idea has been escalated. Please don't die forgotten!
