As far as I've encountered it, it is random when votes are equal. I don't notice any structure like lowest order, preference to normal or first vote first get.

The ban system has become absolutely ridiculous, it doesnt mean anything anymore. It is ridiculous that hackers can play again after only 1 month, where it used to be a whole year. Which was in my opinion completely fine! And most ridiculous part is the ban-period for teaming: 1 freaking...

The worst part now is, everything is bagging cubecraft to bring back 1.8, but they aren't doing anything! We get absolutely no response about even their opinion or their next steps to solve the problems/issues.
