I think it should be first: 1 day second: 3 days third: 1 week fourth: 1 week 3 days etc

yes but if it's one day they will take advantage of it, at least I think If they are banned for the second time the banning time increases and so on until reaching a point where the bann is permanent

I think It's a good idea, especially for skywars,players in vanish or with the nickname of a member but with But with admin permissions but they can only ban, mute etc. thay will make the admins or mods work easier
