Yes yes i've done this many times, I find that keeping an empty hand and then quickly switching to a block works best because the enemy gets suspicious if u have a pick or blocks in your hand

I think with slowness it would be pretty easy for campers to knock their opponents off the bridge either with arrows or as they get onto the island as their not fast enough to avoid campers just punching them off but i would still try it you never know what could happen :)
