The bug report wouldn’t even be accepted with just those answers

You would likely need to include /whereami if this didn’t happen on every game on this map
Which it doesn’t clearly

Happens to me too all the time. Either restart your minecraft or just go to every hotbar slot and drop it. It is client side as it happens on every server and singleplayer for me. I believe it is a texture glitch.
