There is currently a bug that means many statistics (like kills in Eggwars) are not correct. Developers are still working to fix the problem, so your friend will just have to wait until the issue is solved. After that, his kills will go up like normal.
It will be fixed as soon as possible. Your patience is appreciated, apologies for the inconvenience of this.
