Just go to
reports.cubecraft.net
And put your username in and make an appeal. If it is denied, then just wait the full ban, unless it is a perm ban.

The logs show obvious signs that you were in fact cheating. As your ban is correct -and your third ban for cheating- it will not be undone. Sorry.
