Appeal code won't send in minecraft

I wanted to appeal because I was muted for I month when I said "die scroob" to a suspected hacked, but when I try to appeal I am not sent the appeal code. I started recording after my first death on egg wars. The guy Gainfullterror killed my team kind of fast, but you can see that he hit me at least once without looking in the video. I can post the video if requested to, but I'll add it in the actual appeal anyway. Anyway I don't think that saying "die scroob" is enough for me to get muted for a month when it is obviously implied that I was telling him to die in the game.

• No swearing: This includes bypassing the anti-swear plugin with offensive words in any language. There are players of all ages, and we will not tolerate bad language. Abbreviations such as lmao, omfg, etc. are discouraged, but allowed if used inoffensively. Please be considerate of your fellow players when using such abbreviations.
• No hate speech: This includes but is not limited to unfair and unjust behavior towards other players based on race, religion, political affiliation, or gender/sexual identity.
• No trolling: This includes pretending to be something you aren’t just to get a reaction, such as the impersonation of a staff member or Youtuber. Also tricking players into doing things like closing their Minecraft client, playing rude jokes, sending screamers, etc.
• No threats: This includes threats such as death threats (kys) and DoS (Denial of Service) or DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) threats or attacks
• No inappropriate names or skins: Names that use racist/extreme swear words or sexualised words. Skins that are deemed offensive.

I did not tell Gainfullterror to commit suicide or to die in real life therefor I should be muted, or at least the mute should be shortened.

ps: It depends on how the staff member sees it. It comes down to opinion on whether the staff believes it was meant as suicide encouragement, or hoping someone would die in-game. It would've helped your case if you had specified in the game.

When a team is oblivious or dysfunctional its actually VERY easy to kill them all, i actually had that on the egg wars space map i basically suicided, was able to break through obsidian and the egg before i had 4 players fist me, they couldnt knock me off because they didnt move forward they just stood still so id get knocked back to the edge, idrun forward and repeat the process, all while eating a gapple and swinging at them slaying the whole team pretty fast, if your good you can kill teams very quickly and easily

If your trying to accuse GT of hacking, i seriously doubt he was, hes not that type
