The same way I slow it down ^^

You press the video. On the top you will see "speed" or something simmelar with x1 as default. You change it to 0. If you want to slow it or 1+ if you want it higher

Well it's technically better than bandicam.

Well, It's time for me to compare! ^^

Bandicam uses alot less disc space. Fraps are much easier to handle, I agree. But bandicam is generally better for long time recording.

For low pc space, bandicam is of course better, but I prefer fraps since I have loads of free space.
