You could use Imgur or Gyazo to upload pictures and then share the link with us. If you would like to have no link, you should download the image and use the 'upload a file' button at the bottom of your post. :)

If you would like to actually display the image (or a GIF in this case), you will have to save the image and use the 'Upload a File' button and press 'Full Image'.

Are you sure you have to download it? Because when I insert gifs all I do is go to the gif, and open it in a another tab, copy that link, then embed it

Like @Gainfullterror said, just right click the image you want, either from somewhere on the web or on your PC, select the copy option. And then right click where you want the image and select the paste option. Simples.

If you upload the image on imgur, you should have a pop up with share links. When pressed you see a BB-code, just copy it and paste it in any reply or etc.
