Not cubecraft ;) or they host it somewhere else but all stores where down on Xmas night due to buy craft being buy craft ;) even from the other networks except Cube Craft store and there are also some other things like updating the prices and so on (if you already had a donor rank) that are not possible within Buycraft

No need for this, they already have a support email. Contact the email and problem is solved.
