Anyway, I do not think they're gonna add a biweekly voting system for non-ranked players.

Even though it will be biweekly, donors will still feel ripped off, and thats not what ccg wants

If you were going to apply for moderator, you'd need to be a well known ccg player, and an active member on the forum.

You can't just apply for a staff position and get it overnight, you have to climb the ranks

I think he thought by buying more ranks...
You don't literally have to 'buy the ranks'
You should always be active (as you said)
And you should never ask on forums or force ask, as it will lower your chances.
