I don't think that this is allowed. If you have a recording of someone doing that, you could get them banned.

As horrible as this is, I don't think it's enough for a ban. If any staff member was in-game with you and watched the player do it they would have gotten kicked from the game. I might be wrong on the punishment and a staff member is more then welcome to correct me if I am.
