Sales dont happen often at all on some servers, (the archon only has server wide sales only 1-2 times a year [summer kickoff and black friday] as an example) but as for cubecraft there might be lag as ranks are being widely purchased, because it has to process so much at a time it may lag it also dosent help if theres lag on your end as well, a good idea is to close all other browser tabs you dont need that can lag your internet as well
Give them up to 48hrs (I believe) for a response.
Given that there is the sale on, they are probably quite busy at the moment.

I dont get any email. Only payment 20.63€(gold rank in Euros) is charge my bank account.

We're aware of this, issue will be fixed as soon as possible. Thanks for bringing this up though! :)
There was an issue with validating usernames with Mojang (popular day on our store yesterday). Also please note that your ranks do take a while to be assigned depending on your payment method. Credit/Debit Cards are usually quicker than others. Bank transfers take the longest.
