yeah there is no point because if they are afk then they couldn't reply to people in chat

Maybe a tip: You can set players from "Everybody" to "Friends only". :p

But it's true that players are a lot of Afk but that's why there is an option where you can set people "On", "Off" and "Friends only". :)

Some people might not be in your friends list since you reached your limit.

That would be correct, the player will be 'disconnected' as far as the lobby is concerned however the connection could be "kept alive" in a sense just by the bungee.

I don't see the point in time difference for kicking when it comes to donators...

Just kick everyone who's afk after 15-20minutes. Ranks don't matter.

Even in game, Imagine going to the toilet and happened to have a stubborn 1 million wipe turds and come back 25 minutes later because you had to do something else.
