A Way To Stop Bow Spammers In Eggwars

So you might know that i am a bow spammer :p but i found out how many people dislike bow spammers so i have come up with a method to stop it
-After every 30 Arrows Shot in 2-4 minutes you get "Archer's Curse" You basically cannot use you're bow for a amount of time.
Well if you use it after getting the "Archer's Curse" You have to wait until you can use you're bow again but if you shoot 5 arrows during this "curse" the time span becomes longer and you cannot use you're bow at all (until a certain amount of time passes)

-I personally like using a bow but because of the complains i thought of this might change it from "Bow Wars"(Bow spam until you're enemy dies) back to "Egg Wars"

I couldn't think of a time limit until the "curse" wares off
But after the curse is removed you have to wait 10 seconds to be able to re-use you're bow without the curse happening again

Nice suggestion! I really dislike bowspammers too. Specially when you play Trees or Candy in teamskywars ( Overpowered ) .

Wait only in Eggwars? because I'm a real bow spammer in PvP and with this suggestion the bow is almost useless in PvP

Bowspamming isn't something that has to be fixed...
It's a legit strategy for winning a fight, not a game.
I dislike bowspammers allot, but I use it in OP eggwars so I can hold off on breaking their armor / using a risky spleef trap.
Many players would hate this change allot since it might be their way of winning a fight.

Many players would hate this change allot since it might be their way of winning a fight.

I am personally the type of player that bow spams if it might risk my life or if their is no other way of winning for me but many people dislike them in the forums

maybe they see OH (player) has shot (Player2) 30 times, Command /remove all arrows in player inventory, time limit passes /give player all his arrows back or something like that

Player that aren't very good at melee will only stand a chance bowspamming, else it isn't even fun for them.
I for one, am very skilled at melee and have an arrow delay issue (Arrow shoots half a second later)

Getting rid of this bowspamming issue will be unfair for others.

Okay i am a person who is way better at archery than melee, i mean i can/sometimes shoot a player running on a bridge from quite a distance
My melee skills are okay-good i mean i can kill someone with = gear or weaker gear
BUT Here a my conditions to bow spamming
-If my melee weapon breaks i bow spam
-If using melee will most likely lead to my death i will use my bow
-If i am outnumbered or facing someone with better gear i bow spam
-If i need to eat steak or golden apples i bow spam to have space
-If i need to re-gear i bow spam for space
-If i am Sick and tired of the extremely long melee fight i will bow spam
-If My egg is about to be destroyed i will bow spam to protect it/ buy us sometime until the enemy leaves

Just like @Gainfullterror said bowspaming is a strategy which I use, it helped me win a 3v1, and the people were eliminated, so please don't make threads asking to remove bow spamming it is a useful strat when you want to kill someone who is better geared than you.[/USER]

i feel the same way but so many complain about i just had to suggest it, also @TheJeroen never said anything about that :P

It would make the game playable/enjoyable.
My average win rate in a fight is 50-50 but even I don't go so desperate by spamming with Bows.
I try to enjoy the game and actually use effort and not just staying on an island and spamming right-click.

I never bospam and my fight winrate is usually 95-100 when geared equally or the opponent has less.
But that's not apart of the thread.

You're not considering the fact that there are players out there who only are good at using their bow and suck with melee.
Getting rid of bowspam makes it very hard for them to win a fight since their winning ticket was taken away from them.
