Hi i want to catch hackers ive got a software in mide to use to record (OBS) but everytime ive finished recording it wont let me drag my video into cubecraft forums or upload a file? its a .fly file? any tips on how? please link a video of someone doing it on cubecraft forums or tell me hoe thanks

Hi :)

I think I know what you might've been doing wrong, the website does not allow you to drag and drop videos nor pictures. There's an upload a file button below your forum post. You can click on that to add pictures or gifs. But you can not upload videos by using the upload a file option.

If you want to add a video to your report/forum post, you have to upload the video to youtube and add the URL of the video you want to add in your forum post.

Not necessarily. I found Google Drive to be useful for uploading videos (this enables them to download the videos), and I record with Chrome extensions, as they are very light in memory and can provide enough quality to be able to give proof of a hacker.

you can always upload your video to Youtube and then embed it using the share link and boom your video will automatically be up for the staff to view

From my experiences, i've found that the best way to report people, is to record EVERY game that i play, and delete the recordings if no one is hacking. To record i use the Windows 10 game DVR, this is free and on anyones computer which uses windows 10 (as long as you have a compatible graphics card). Some people use software that shrinks videos, they then upload that to youtube. I personally just upload it straight to youtube and make a forums report with the link in it. Hope this helps!

What DontYouDare said it have to be uploaded on youtube. Also you can choose to keep it unlisted as people with the link can only watch it.

Bandicam also works, but it leaves a watermark and can only record for 10 minutes.
