Allow Helpers To Ban Hackers

Over the past 2 days I have reported nine hackers. Only one of them has been answered by @zRinne, and that was only after tagging almost all the mods in it. I tagged a helper in it only to find out they can't accept hacker reports. In all my other reports I have tagged a ton of mods and not one of them has received a reply. The helper I tagged answered in minutes. If they could accept hacker reports then I think they would go way faster.

The reason why helpers are not allowed to ban is because they're considered as a trial mod. If they're given a permission to ban, then there's no point of giving helper to them, but moderator instead. :]

Helper is basically a trial rank to see if they would fit the staff team. If they got access to /ban and we promote someone who we thought would be a good helper but just wanted to grief the server, then there would be a huge banning spree. Amazing helpers who do a great job, such as @zDutchie @Diogu @Anmazing @LilNugget (and more... [All helpers do a great job]) will soon get promoted to moderators and they will be able to do reports. Please be patient.

If your reports have not been answered within a days time, then you can either tag them in the report or ask a staff member to take a look at it on their wall / send them a PM about it. I would recommend PM'ing a staff member as that is the best way to get through to them when asking to do reports. I do know that @JesperGeakko and @DontYouDare answer to quite a lot of reports so PMing them would be a good idea.

No, they do not but some moderators are extremely busy with school (etc.) so some moderators are better to go to when asking to do reports so that's why they might not answer to your PM.

Also, no reports are being ignored. Staff just has a personal life as well. They can't ban 24/7. Just make sure to tag a few moderators in your post and bump it once in awhile.
