Please Read this PROPERLY before jumping to conclusions

This may sound so WRONG but just read and you may be interested

WTH is a "Hacker Rule" and why do we need it?
So this is the rule, if their is a hacker within a specific game you MAY team up if you want with another team/player to kill the hacker and his egg, but of course you could not team up and just attack any team this rule is NOT must you could get back stabbed, also once the hacker is completely dead the Truce is Over any teaming after that results in teaming punishment, if you got reported you must show video evidence of a hacker within the game to let yourself off the hook

Pros:
-Getting Rid Of the hacker (most of the time)
-Making the game more fun and fair

Cons:
-Might get reported for FALSE Teaming
-All or Most player must have a recording software on

Of course this rule should remain until the new anti-cheat come out

-More Information Could Be provided in Future Edits

This is a really bad idea. People can use the excuse in appeals that "I thought someone was hacking! Unban me! I'm innocent! Sorry!". It would be abused beyond belief.

I'm pretty sure I used to do this in SkyWars a few times.
Also, I don't know if this should be a rule.

If the opposite is hacking you should be allowed to team up because:
- By hacking you break a rule way worse then just teaming in a game
- Killing a hacker yourself is impossible so you are forced to double on him
- After killing the hacker you can have a fair 1v1
- Some hackers are dumb enough to report teamers even tho they show their hacked clients lmao

No rule needed I think.
Just team up when you face a hacker because there is no reason you should be banned.

EDIT: I could kinda see people abusing this as @YounB said

i mentioned before (You need video evidence to defend yourself from false banning)

if it is allowed then :D
Yeah that is why i pointed out the thing of video evidence
Nah Bad idea. People will say "but i tought it was a hacker" so this idea isnt good to me.

Thanks :)
Pretty sure you just copied @YounB but changed it slightly

Also i think you are allowed to do this only if the hacker Flys, Killaura, Anti-Knockback, Speed, and anything very big (X-ray is not enough or so is tracers)

This is like the argument for transgendered arguments. All the transgendered people were using the restroom of there choice beforehand, and now that one of them said so, it's a massive controversy. It's pretty common knowledge that if someone is blatantly hacking, everyone else works to eliminate them first. Odds are the hacker isn't recording to catch you teaming up on him. That'd be like a robber videoing their crime so when the homeowner shot them, they could file assault charges against the homeowner. When the hacker is eliminated, just resume normal gameplay.

I sarcastically suggested this on my "hacking is implicitly allowed" thread. I myself am 50-50 on this.

Short answer: There's an extra con to it. More players can get accused of hacking and unfairly teamed on for because of false accusation.

Long answer: No, not a good idea to have that since people can falsely accuse a player of hacking (when in reality the accused is not hacking). A team bands up to kill the "hacker." This happened to me before and most likely to other good players out there. These false positives happen and in most cases it's "innocent" players that will get punished.

Here is zRinne's quote below from my thread explaining why it's not a good idea.

zRinne said:
Hey! There's a hacker, lets team up ... (there is no hacker)
Or, Hey! There is a hacker (backstabs and kill them, is salty cause they or their friend got killed)

However, as the others said, if the player is blatantly cheating, then I wouldn't mind. Illegal team in solo? Rush? Sure, but only against the hacker.

What's illegal about rushing in Eggwars?

I don't like this. I feel like your stooping to the hackers level. There should be no breaking the rules under any circumstances.

I don't like this. It's like saying that "I'm using hacks to stop this hacker. That's why I'm hacking!" Then they win the game using those hacks.

Guys, there is a hacker in mid! You guys should team up first since I am further away but I will join you soon.
-Records for teaming-

As mentioned above, it can be abused, players could get ganged up unfairly.
Players could use this to gain advantage and backstab because why not.

It has more cons than pros.
Players can get unfairly accused and banned because of this as well.

I see what you were trying to do here, but it really won't work at all. If this were to ever become a thing, then people would use it to weasel their way out of bans or they would use it as an excuse just to team. Whether or not they would have to have a recording software on, they could be like "the hacker didn't hack when we fought him" or "he died before I was able to record him." Something along those lines. I like what you are trying to do, and I believe you will find another way to make some sort of 'Hacker Rule'. Personally, I don't really think this was a well thought out suggestion. Good Luck with it though!

I get how this is a bad idea :(
if only their were more Pros then Cons
I wish people did not hack these days or people who make excuses to get out of any punishment but they will always be around :(
Hopefully the New Anti-Cheat would get rid of Most or All The Hackers :)
