EggWars Generator Upgrade

It's simple. Whenever someone upgrades a generator on your team, you should get a notification in chat or on your screen.
I know that a firework sound goes off when a generator is upgraded, but there is currently no way to see if it is on your team unless you are there when a gen gets upgraded or you are the one who upgrades it.

I feel that this would be helpful for people who risk their lives in-game to get diamonds, gold, etc. form the mid to upgrade the generator at base only to find out that it had been upgraded by another teammate.

I don't think this should be added. If you bring back diamondsfrom mid, then you can buy a chest and get a head start on saving for good gear. I go to mid for this reason. It's just faster and more money. Think of it like that.

I'd rather my chat not get spammed with notifications when I wouldn't ever use them in the first place. Also, this would encourage more camping.

I think it would of have a setting to disable it but yeah it isn't necessary the only generators I upgrade are iron.

I don't really like this surgestion, because when your teammates get a notification when YOU upgrade a generator, and especially when you activate a diamond generator, your whole team just comes to the dia gen and camps there, and I don't think any of you would like that.

Never thought of that way I only play teams with friends and make sure we fill up a team so this is usually not a problem. I don't usually upgrade the home dia gen either even with friends as we just completely control mid. This could be a problem though for people who play teams with random people

It looks like other people don't like this suggestion but I personally I am quite fond of it. I don't really camp at my base but it would be useful if we could know if someone has upgraded the generator already or not.

You're saying that you will not camp at your base when you recieve that alert, but other people will.. :(

I mean. It's not often that you don't realise that the generator has been upgraded so, to me, it isn't a huge problem is they add this as it could be somewhat helpful. I guess I just like the suggestion more than others do. :P
