i feel like you should give duties to staff that they have to do in a maximum of a month not sure about if it should happen oh and i know your adding staff but i feel like you should add a lot

Everyone is denied for a reason. Being staff is a big responsibility and we want to be sure we only accept people that we know are 100% right for it.
Unlike other big servers, we don't just hire on random people and throw staff at problems until they go away. We care, above all else, about the quality of our staff members. We'd rather have one great moderator than 50 sub-par ones. We're hiring more staff. We're getting work done.

1. Cubecraft gets more than 300 reports a day and staff have to answer all! Staff are doing as much as they can.
2. Cubecraft is recruiting only the best of helpers. Soon the helpers will be promoted to mod and they will have more staff to deal with reports. They are recruiting more staff, be patient.

What do you mean with duties? Developers alredy work on projects, mods/admins/helpers alredy check for hackers (reports & in-game) and builders alredy build
Staff are all friendly volunteers here. They all have lives outside of CubeCraft (school, friends, etc). They dedicate a huge amount of hours each week to CubeCraft to help make it a better place for all players. Calling them lazy is probably not the best way to make them feel appreciated!

The staff is doing their best, they have to read numerous applications, reports etc, they are doing as much work as they can when they can, they are only human. I don't care what everyone says, I love you all CubeCraft staff and I know you are working on an anti-cheat and doing your jobs really well! @Efcluke94 @Mac

I guess the best option would be to ban staff members from playing the game so they have more time to do their job. /s

I wish it was only 300 reports a day. I'd say 300 reports is an average workload for 5 or 6 moderators. Even I do reports daily, and my responsibilities extend pretty well past dealing with player reports.
