Create map option

I feel like for people who have a Gold rank and above have the option to make a custom map for their custom kit. Not only will this bring in money for the server, but would create some really fun maps for people to play ;D

Well I'm saying if anyone wants to make a map or edit one that's already used, they can do it :p
