Can't buy rank

Hello, before I say anything, I live in the U.S so that may be the problem and if it is can you tell me a way to buy one even if I do live here?
I've tried on multiple occasions to buy a rank but Paymentwall/wallapi doesn't accept my credit card, any time I try and buy it, it shows "Transaction Failed" or something along those lines. I am trying to buy diamond rank and am currently stone. I have checked and typed as cautiously as possible to make sure that everything I typed is correct and it still will not let me buy it. If someone can tell me how to fix this, please do and thank you if you can.

I've had this problem before.

When I attempted to buy my rank I had the exact same problem as you.
If you'd like, I would highly recommend going to SubWay and buying a giftcard and you can buy your rank off of that.
It worked for me so it should work for you! :)

(When buying your gift card just put in the amount that the rank cost, or you can put more just Incase you want to buy SubWay in the near future (; )

Since I don't have a credit card, I got my rank byurchasing a prepaid Visa card at Walmart then using that to purchase my rank through payment wall. It's funny how payment wall accepts subway gift cards though.
