This is a game I wanted to suggest a while ago and I think it's time to show what I have in mind with this game. Simply put this game is eggwars for two teams. Only 4 players per map.
With this game I want people to partner up and fight to rank up in the leaderboards ( The leaderboards is something I want to adress later. )
As said there are only 2 teams fighting to destroy the opponents egg and win the match. In my opinion this could be a very competitive game as camping will be harder to do ( You will know why ) and because the leaderboard will only show the best duo of players. The duo with the most wins. In this game we will be able to have tourneys and showdowns which is amazing, especially since it's so hard to do on the huge eggwars maps.
The islands are a bit different in this one:
To prevent camping the shop is in the middle, and there are different islands for each resource except for the shop, all 4 players share the same shop island but since the middle island is a tad bigger ,players are not so exposed and can buy a few items at a time ( Not to many or they are risking an attack )
In this version of eggwars since the map is simple players will use blocks to create interesting bridges, build sky houses to defend etc.
The items are pretty much the same, a difference is the bow which will be expensiver. The will also be less armor types.
Your default items are iron armor, iron sword, a normal bow and all the rest. Your default pickaxe is iron amd your default block is sandstone. There are no super enchanted armor just these that you can buy.
Food consists of apples and gold apples ( expensiver )
As said the leaderboards will only showcase the duo with the most wins and not individuals.
There is a lot more to this game than just this and I'd like your opinion first before I showcase the special items in here. ( Note: I have no idea if there is a simmilar game to this and if there is I'm sorry, didn't know ! )
