They're not custom echants but Custom Weapons that you can buy for a High price

BTW @awesomebutter234 It would be nice if those custom weapons had like a Custom Texture.. (That is possible with some command blocks :P)

Anyway those items have custom textures but if you craft a Sword it stills has the sword Texture...
