Cross teaming punishment suggestion

I've been hearing around that there are no current punishments for cross-teaming because the original punishment for this offense was 1 month long which is said to be too harsh (I agree), I understand staff are finding ways to lower the punishment, I suggest maybe lowering it down to 3 days, this may be a random number but I think it's very reasonable, it gives the player to understand that there are punishments to their consequences but also allows them to come back onto cube craft soon enough to enjoy their time playing on this server, it will lower the income of appeals especially since I assume that before a lot of the incoming appeals were for cross teamers and they can become extremely exhausting to read all appeals about the same issues.
But it may be use less for someone to make a report if the punishment is only temp ban 3 days, maybe a week? I'm not sure, just giving out some ideas.

Please tell me what you guys think! Maybe this may help staff come to a decision so cross teaming can become punishable again!

But why is Cross teaming banable?
There are always stalkers in a game so you could be a team with your friends! Thats why we crossteam

For the time being, Cube's punishment system only allows a minimum of 1 month punishments. With the new punishment system that is being worked on, it will be easier to ban in times lower than a month. Don't worry. Staff have thought this over multiple times.

@Kick12 Cross-teaming is punishable because most do it in the solo gamemodes, where it give them an advantage over players that aren't teaming. Also, there is a teams mode for a reason. Though, if you team with another team in a teams mode then that's just not right. Once again, giving an advantage over others that are playing the game like they should.

I think 2-10 days is reasonable depending on how much crossteaming is actually occurring. If its just 2 people, then 2 days is enough. However, if it's 3 teams of 4 vs 1 team of 4 a more harsh punishment is necessary in my opinion.

Hm... Regardless of n Vs. n, the act of cross teaming (in my opinion is cheap). But from my experience, if you tell them to stop, they usually do. And I also agree that banning for a month is too harsh. How about taking away points in addition to temporary ban? I always feel like the rule is more affective when it's monetarily involved. Just a thought.

Most do it in solo but some people in team games (especially in eggwars) make their team join forces with another to get an egg. It happened to me and my friends before.

The suggestion is really good in my opinion. I am getting tired of teamers during solo games so I think a small punishment would be really nice!
