Hey everyone! To celebrate the release of the latest Tower Defence update we are hosting a Tower Design Contest! Similar to the kit design contest, you will be tasked with designing a new tower to be added to the game.

You will have to build your tower and design how it will attack. Below are a few things to consider when designing and submitting your tower:

• Towers must either fit into a 3x3 or a 5x5 square space
• 3x3 towers need 4 tiers, as they upgrade
• 5x5 towers only need 3 tiers
• How does your tower attack? What makes it different from the existing towers
• Can your tower attack all mobs? Are there certain types its extra effective against?

You may only submit ONE tower for this contest so make sure you give it a lot of thought and design the best tower possible! The tower we like the most will be added to the game and the player who submitted it will receive a rank upgrade!

EXAMPLE TOWER ENTRY:

The Quake Tower

Stuns mobs for a short duration (.5-1 second) while dealing small amounts of damage. Doesn't affect flying mobs.

Cosmic Tower​

This tower has supernatural powers , its said that it gathers all energy from the galaxy to fire strong meteorites to your enemy's

This tower can shoot meteores from above at the foe's that are attacking your castle. It has 4 tiers as shown in the picture below. Not only that but this tower is especially very effective to mob types that can't fly.

ONLY 1? Y u do dis Mac. I already had like a singleplayer world before this contest with 8 New TD Towers. Also, now it's hard for me to pick ;(

My idea for a new tower is, the Floral Tower, this tower is a overgrown structure and the vegitation is yearning for more.
This tower will grapple a mob dealing low damage over time and stunning mobs(*5/1,lvl1 to 30/3,lvl4) with priority on flying mobs then the strongest mob.
When grappling flying mobs they can be targeted by ground for grapple duration x3.
However this tower cannot grapple Blazes, Slimes, or Magma Cubes.
The tower also has half duration and hence half damage Vs Giants and Zombie Pigmen.
The images below are the looks of the towers at 4 angles.

Tower Name: Dragon Shrine (If the name has to include the word ''Tower'' then just name it the Enderdragon Tower :p )

What does this Tower do?

This 5x5 tower is a back-up for when you are about to lose and your castle has a tiny bit of health left. Let's say your castle is being attacked and has like 100 HP left, then this tower will spawn an Enderdragon that deals lots of damadge to the opposing mobs. This Dragon will take atleast 25% of the mob's health away and not more then 40% I'd say. Every level it goes up it will spawn 2 more Enderman together with the dragon. Lvl 1 = Enderdragon + 1 Enderman. Lvl 2 = Enderdragon + 3 Endermands. And at lvl 3 there will be 5 Endermans spawning with the Dragon. But of course 2 of these Towers would be OP since they can together take away 50 - 80% of the mob's health away, so whenever someone builds a second Dragon Shrine there will be NO DAMADGE INCREASE, together these Dragons will do 25 - 40% damadge as usual. Maybe this Tower can be in the lobby together with a warning to NOT build 2 Dragon Shrines.

What mobs can this Tower hit?

It's pretty obvious the castle will most likely just be taken out by a Giant or Blazes. That's why this Dragon Shrine detects NO OTHER MOB except the Giant and Blazes. The Enderdragon will be able to charge against both Blazes and Giants. Endermen's on the other side can only attack Giants. (Because the Giant has more HP). These Endermans will do the same damadge as mobs from the Sorcerer Tower.

How much will this Tower cost?
Let's be honest here, this Tower can make the difference between Victory and Defeat. It also can take out 25% of the Giant's health what is pretty OP. That's why I think 1400 coins should be worth for this Tower.

I dont really like it since it only activates when you are about to die , how about if the castle is under attack?
