What is your biggest fail?

My biggest fail? Errr...

I had a hardcore world, with many iron farms, super-buildings, beacons, the Dragon Egg... I was transporting villagers for buying enchanted books. I had to go to a place in real life, but I didn't quit the game, and... Yeah, you guessed it. -abfc2000 starved to death- Nowadays, I'm still feeling an idiot :(

I decided to wear mascara at primary and my friends asked "why are you wearing makeup?!" so I panicked and replied "because I went to a party last night and I forgot to take my makeup off". They then told me to go wash it off in the girls bathroom. Whilst I was washing it off, a girl about 2-3 years younger then me walked in, I smacked my hand over my eye (which hurt) and told her "I have a black eye".
