my idea is to put again the command / report and ban people with these tips:

● if the player gets 6 report the same day for the same reason I will get banned

● mute by abusing this command or report someone for no reason

● the reports will be viewed by some moderator owner or admin

well I think if it would be easier to ban hackers

Behind the command block
minecraft.net
/report got removed because there was no way to get proof of the hackers
● if the player gets 6 report the same day for the same reason I will get banned
People would just team up to report a player that they don't like on 6 accounts (or whatever is needed) and get the player banned.
● mute by abusing this command or report someone for no reason
Or just disable that command for those players
● the reports will be viewed by some moderator owner or admin
Mods are not robots, they can not ban people 24/7

● if the player gets 6 report the same day for the same reason I will get banned
Oh, ok ;)

They removed it because they dont do anything with it....

1. You can play Team games and the team needs to report 1 good player and he will be kicked from the game so you can get a bigger change to win :(
2. What if he don't get any warnings?!
3. uuh They can't teleport to players in game..

So this is useless....!!!

@hgbf has a fair point. You need sufficient evidence to get a player banned or muted, and that can't be provided over /report. Another thing, mods can't look at reports all day, they have other things to do. So I don't think that this is a feasible command to implement.

Point 1: That would be extremely unfair as someone would get banned with no proof whatsoever. And people would definitely abuse this is Assassins on people with diamond armor.

Point 2: Would reduce the amount of abuse, but as of now we don't have the means to mute them for an appropriate amount of time.

Point 3: Unfortunately we cannot go in live games so we could only view people in PvP and maybe Factions/sky is (when they're back up). Also with thousands of players that don't really know what hacks are/look like, we would get countless false reports that will waste our time.

We used to have /report, but was removed for several reasons and I believe it should stay that way.

If you want to report a player you can just gather evidence and report it on the forums.

"If you want to report a player you can just gather evidence and report it on the forums in the "report a player" section.
Evidence counts as screenshots (of the chat) or short videos of the hacker."

Nah, don't do it.
If the reports are fake but the auto banning robots (if added) (just like the Watchdog Cheat Detection in Hypizel) had already add them in the banwave, if the one who got accused don't have evidence to prove that he didn't hack, he can never appeal and it would be so unfair for that.
Also, as @Terrarialover11 said, that's impossible that an admin could be online 24/7. (except if you want him to die suddenly hen trying to do the 24/7)
However, filming hackers are actually pretty hard as only a few players know how to film a hacker in game, but the hacker could turn off the hacks when ya recording and return it on when you stop it.
Also, if a filmer's computer wasn't too good (like I'm just using an i5-4460 and a GT720), even with Optifine on, the FPS would get a sudden drop IN THE GAMEPLAY (just a situation as I'm using Fraps to record player hacking) (except if you're usin Minecraft Replay Mod. IDK anything about it since I've never used it before as it don't have a 1.9 edition right now.)
Therefore, I would recommend a auto-banning system just like the Watchdogs. That would be a great news especially for the flying hackers which is common in SCB.

The plugin was broken, abused, and so many bad things. Not worth getting it back.
Also, you could easily get 6 players to /report a player and get him banned.
I only see how it will be abused if it will be added again.
