Unranked vote-influence

So what I was thinking, is that unranked players can suggest vote, with a new peace of paper in their inventory, sayijg suggest-vote or something. They basicly then vote what they would like to get voted, the diamond+ rank still votes whatever he/she wants, and it will still be the vote the diamond votes. But the unranked players can give a bit of influence. Which would be quite nice to get implemented.
For example: I, on some maps, don't really care, or can't decide if I vote OP or normal, and if the chat goes crazy with messages like "opopopopopopopoppoooop", I simply ignore them. However if say 14/24 players prefer OP, and suggest-vote this and 4/24 prefer normal, and vote this. I will most likely vote OP.
They basicly can have a li'll bit of influence, that's all.

I agree; it's unfortunate that you can't get time/chests if no premium players are online.

I also think that if no votes are received, the game will automatically choose something at random.

or...... maybe Cubecraft should add this :D..... for example theirs 20/20 nondonors and if OP wins then it will be OP......in the other hand if theirs 19 nondonors 1 diamond if they all vote for op but then the diamond says basic chest then basic will win

Basicly if you are a non-donator, you can vote what you would like to get voted (by the diamond+ donator).

Yeah good idea! Unfortunately a lot of people will vote the opposit of what the majority wants. But I still think this can be a cool feature in which the players decide together!

Then just vote basic, the donator still decides it 100% by him/herself. Non-donators can just give a litle bit of influence, for example, if they don't know what to vote

But still, every non-ranker will vote for OP, if I see 1 diamond ranker in the game, it's OP 100% sure, me and a other guy voted normal, so 2 votes normal, one guy voted OP, 1 vote OP.

That's the fate of randomness, that's just how Cube works :(

To be honest, I cannot see the implementation of a system like this actually having an influence on the gametype that a player chooses. For a player to vote on the gametype, they must have spent at least £70 on the server. They're under no obligation to vote a specific gametype, and therefore will disregard whatever gametype the rest of the lobby want to play in favour of whatever they want to play, as to get as much enjoyment out of the game as possible and to justify the money that they spent on their rank.

Pretty much what Snap said, nobody's really going to take into account the opinions of others when voting for a gametype, so it's really pointless.
