Gadget idea, TP-rod

So since there are a lot of gadget ideas lately, my brain decided to come up with one too :D
I haven't thought about a good name yet, but the idea is simple. The gadget is a fishing rod and you can swing it into someones body.
Than when you pull it back, the guy you hooked up will get teleported to the location you are currently standing.
It's a bit trolly, especially when people try to join a game. Thats why I think it shouldn't work in the sign areas of cubecraft, and it shouldn't work when the dude is in parkour mode. I think it should be fun if it does work in fish slap :D.
The rod is for ironrank+, or it can be bought with vanity, I'm not entirely done thinking about that yet.
