Hello there I'm a Twitch streamer, I was brought to light of there being a YouTuber Rank in Cubecraft. I play on this service to interact with my viewers.. I've had three Cubecraft Mods come into my stream of which one is a regular 'HackersDontWin' at the moment and all of them have suggested to me to make this thread which they would Vouch for. To put it straight; personally, I'm not interested in looking superior in the server but rather to stand out in the lobby so I can be seen and taken more seriously to the players. The benefits are obvious to me but what does do for your server, Cubecraft?

Well, I play on your server almost everyday and so far bring with me up to 30 viewers from the stream into playing on the server with me. My stream is growing fast and from an offline perspective it would seem I don't offer much. But not only do I invest my own growing amount of viewers into the server players from the server love to watch a active stream going on so they can play with live commentary and it keeps them longer in your server.. hours longer.

So to put it simply I, on behalf of the Twitch Minecraft Community would appreciated it if you could give some loving to the Twitch Streamers and create us a Rank for Streamers that are constantly active on the server and have prove of this. We offer free, interactive, fun engagement to the players on the server; We directly sponsor your server in our streams for free and bring mass amounts of extra players to the server depending on the Streamer. We would just like to receive a Rank to stand out, the chance to gain more followers and it give us more of an incentive to keep coming back to stream on the server.

I think this is fair, balanced and practical for both Twitch Streamers and Cubecraft. I'd love to here your opinions everyone I'll include a Poll.

Best Regards
RioTz

I think it is a good idea to imploment a Twitch rank, so people know you are live on Twitch usually. But I also think it should be like 'activated' when you go live, so players know when you are live, and when you are not. So for example it should be blue when you are live and grey or something when you are not. The whole idea is a good thing though. I also think it would be a fair game if you can like see a list of online twitch streamers ingame, so people that want to join twitch streams on cubecraft, don't have to search a long time.
Probably would be fair to give Twitch rank with an average of 100 views or something a stream (on cubecraft) but yeah this are my thoughts on in.

I really like the way you structured this thread :)

I agree with the suggestion though. Some people prefer to stream unedited rather than spending hours and hours editing a video which lasts 20 minutes. However, there is one flaw. With the uprising of YouTube Gaming, the ranks shouldn't be "Twitch Streamer", but just "Streamer", as there won't be so much confusion with Twitch and YouTube gaming. Maybe they can specify it? Like it has a purple tag for "Streamer", then after it'll be "YT" or "T", T being Twitch and YT being YouTube.

I do agree with the overall idea, though. +1

Yeah good some good ideas flowing there I totally agree with being able for it to be turned off after I finished streaming. Like I said not trying to look superior. But also we shouldn't be treated any less then the YouTube Ranks

As he mentioned, I have been at the stream, and not online once, or twice, but I've been there for more than 1000 minutes now. One thing that I have noticed since I've started to watch twitch a lot, is that 80% of the streams are on m******x and h*****l and then there are maybe 5-10% which are singleplayer or community server streams, which doesn't affect me because it doesn't really affect the amount of players there are on CubeCraft, and then the remaining % of the streams are just afk people, and with luck, people streaming on CubeCraft.
I have come across some dutch streamers who has asked to me on their stream if there was a Twitch rank, and if there was, if I could take away their youtuber rank and give them the Twitch rank.
I support this idea 100% because with a Twitch rank, it would get people to stream more and try to get the rank, and meanwhile they are streaming, they are promoting the server to many people. So it is a +1000 from my part ;)

I think that the Twitch rank doesn't give many perms, like if you stream you get the rank for free xD Thats a bit of cheats, i suggest you need to pay for it or max 5,000+ people watching it.
