I was thinking, since a lot of donors get banned they'd want a refund with there money. I think that this would be very useful but you might not be able to come up with the money.

Our Refund Policy:
Since the items and ranks you receive when donating are Digital Intangible Items, there is a strict no refund policy.
Since you can not replace the time it took to assign you your rank, and/or give back the items you received no refunds will be granted.
This accounts even if you were banned, or muted.
Executing a chargeback/dispute will get your account banned from our server automatically.

They can't really complain because the strict no refund policy is infront of them when they choose to donate, and they shouldn't get banned in the first place!
