I have been compiling my apps fine until today..
This error happened:

  • FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.
  • * What went wrong:
  • Build file 'C:AndroidStudioProjects\Project\uild' does not exist.
  • * Try:
  • Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace. Run with --info or --debug opt
  • ion to get more log output.
  • BUILD FAILED
This is after gradlew -build

What do I do?
Thanks :)

I do not know much about Android Studio. But hey, it's quite obvious that you are missing a file. It could be because you are pointing to a non-existing directory ('C:AndroidStudioProjects\Project\uild' instead of 'C:\AndroidStudioProjects\Project\uild'). I don't have much more advice to give,

So, Good luck.

pastebin the gradle script then. I'm assuming you modified it, since the default build script provided usually works just fine

I assume your question was already answered. But, if you're still having problems, try running this command in the console:
android update project -p /path/to/project

If the build files don't exist, it should automatically create them or update them. If it still doesn't work, try getting a full stack trace (gradlew -build --stacktrace).

Just behind you.
Rename "C:AndroidStudioProjects\Project\uild" to "C:AndroidStudioProjects\Project\build" that should work, if not, post your exception stack trace so we can see it.
