I just recently found this server from TheCampingRusher. Since the 4 days me and my gaming clan Hatred started we have fallen in love with EggWars. But we are very angry with the lack off staff. The 12 of us collectively have played over 60 hours in Egg wars alone and 20 in sky block and 10 in kit pvp. We have not seen a single staff since playing and have needed them considering the amount of players that use Aura, Reach, fly, infinite regeneration, and more. I just recently looked at the list off staff and see there are only about 20-30 staff for a server that reaches 12,000-16,000 players at max. It is 2:40 am US east time and there are 5.4 thousand players on. The amount of staff is pitiful and its very annoying when your playing kit pvp, Eggwars, and other awesome minigames on your server when your constantly being harassed by hackers. Some times we will see 3-7 hackers per match in Eggwars. You claim hacking is not allowed on the server yet this happens. Please look into hiring staff. Thank you for reading.

So you expect us to be able to find enough trustworthy, responsible people to become staff so there are always staff online? That is impossible. If you see a hacker, you can easily take a video and put it on the forums where the accused will be dealt with. We are gaining more staff who are more active and we have a good staff structure in my opinion. Yes, hacking is not allowed on this server but it is unnecessary to have a staff member playing in every gamemode 24/7.

The chance you will see a staff member in an Arcade or SG/SW game is small, because there are so many game servers you can choose of. There are plenty of staff members who also enjoy a game too, but what are the odds you get in the same game server at the same time? Also those hackers are reportable, then the staff will deal with them on the forums. And hiring more staff wouldn't make such a big difference, because there still has to be evidence. And 3-7 hackers per match in EggWars? Considering EW maps aren't that big, I think that's a little overestimated. Staff is there to deal with hackers on the forums, and servers like Creative, SkyBlock and such.

- If you need a staff member, go to creative/skyblock, there are almost staff members there
- If you can't find a staff member ingame, go to the forums and make a conversation with one of them.
- Staff members can't be in every game you are, respect them, they're working very hard to make cubecraft a nicer place.
- If you have video proof of an hacker, upload it on youtube, and make a report then, staff look at your report

Run a server the size of Cubecraft and try to eliminate all hackers by hiring some staff. Seems easy. Staff members volunteer their own free time to rid the server of hackers and chat rule breakers, but they are not robots and they can't ban ever hacker that's joined the server. So, for you to say "yet this happens", is pretty ridiculous because no matter how many staff are hired, there will always be hackers.

I go on all the time and I see quite a lot of staff - I find it rare if I haven't seen any staff that day to be honest but most do go to Skyblock I think at the moment.

Yes there are some hackers which I notice myself but staff cannot find them all, they'd have to go through the thousands of players and think there is an exaggeration here, especially since I have never seen someone hack with regeneration (they'll have eaten a god apple) and since 1.8 I have not seen anyone with fly either.

20-30 staff is quite a lot if you think about it, 20-30 people who go online more than the rest who go through the reports and some are sectioned to servers such as Aquaax and OrangeGE are sectioned onto Kit PvP which I see them on often enough, and I don't think people are "harassed by hackers" - it takes a while to find trustworthy staff that are responsible so recruiting more would take a while, it would not be instant as they cannot just give staff to anybody.

It is not allowed on most servers yet it still happens. New mods and hacks are created all the time which bypasses restrictions and server protections of these, and often they are created quicker than it is possible to be protected from.
If you want to do something about the hackers then /report them or record them and post on the forums to ban them.

So you want more staff members, like who?, i mean, do you know how hard it is to find good staff members.
Being a staff member is fun (i think), but it's hard for them to. All the staff members are doing great, maybe staff members in multiple languages (1-3), like Dutch or Spanish, because the language is very often spoken.
There are now 30 staff members and thats enough. Hope you learned something, lmao

As the manager of staff, I can say it is not that easy. We cannot just give 50 users the privileges to ban/mute and have access to our staff chat. Me and @Efcluke94 are constantly working to get new staff and to watch people who have staff potential. You can record players that break the rules here, and that report will be seen within 12 hours. Our staff is filled with quality staff who can do their job well, rather than a lot of staff who make mistakes 24/7. Furthermore, don't forget that a lot of people have been doing/are doing exams, and/or are at Minecon. Thanks for the suggestion, but things will continue as usual. Thread closed.
