Somewhere in Hungary
Laptop : Toshiba C70-A-165
OS : Win8.1

So my internet on my laptop is poor, very very poor. ( It sucks )
Just for you to see how bad it is, it takes almost 10 secods for the alerts to load ( On this page )

In minecraft my ping is over 1000.

I have been having this problem since some days. The internet on my brothers laptop and on my phone work perfectly fine. I tried changing my Tx Level, but I don`t get the option to change it.

Sometimes in the day my internet works fine but other times it sucks a lot.

If you have any suggestions leave them in the comments please.

Thanks, Guard

Considering That your laptop comes with the stock 802.11n Wifi chip, the laptop isn't the problem.
Depending on where your router/modem is located that can be the problem, can you list your Modem/router name for me, or if you can find out your Modem/router Specs/Range

Example of router specs

ASUS RT-AC87U Wireless-AC2400 Dual Band Gigabit Router

ASUS AiCloud 2.0 lets you access, sync, share and stream your files anywhere, on any internet-connected device.
Ultra-fast 802.11ac Wi-Fi router with a combined dual-band data rate of 2334 Mbps for smooth up to 4K/UHD video playback, ultra-fast file-sharing of large files and low-latency online gaming.
4x4 MU-MIMO antenna design with AiRadar universal beamforming for unrivaled multi-device performance and wireless signal coverage up to 465m (around 5,000ft).
Built-in USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports for up to 10-times faster data transfers to USB storage devices 2, printer sharing, and 3G/4G dongle support.
AiProtection with Trend Micro with triple-strength total network security, plus robust parental controls and privacy protection.

I used to have similar problems using an Ethernet cable fixed it for me. Good luck with this :)
An Ethernet cable is a direct connection and works almost always - but it doesn't really come in handy when you have a laptop. That's why people choose for a router :P
@Guardi4n try plugging in an Ethernet cable. If your internet works well then, it's probably your router.

It could also be the settings of the Modem/Router - MAx GBPS etc.

It is probably your Wifi Adapter-
Try resetting it if this problem wasn't always present, it worked for me:
  • Go to Control Panel
  • Find Device Manager
  • Find your Wifi card
  • Click Disable, then Enable

You could also replace your Wifi card, if internet is fine on other computers then it is probably an issue with yours.
I doubt it is anything to do with the router, I really think it is your computer-specific.

Hope this helps, perhaps invest in a really good Wifi adapter or even generally upgrade your computer components.
