When me and @OrangeGrapeEater first seen this spawn, going though the submissions for the Kit PvP 2 spawns. We had a discussion about this spawn being the Kit PvP 1 spawn, and I agree.
This has all the aspects of the Kit PvP 1 map, the spookiness resembles the map. Unfortunately I'm not OP on Kit PvP 1, but I'm sure Orange is, so I'll tag him for you, and send him a message
on Skype. :p
