First of all : plz upgrade the PvP servers, they are so laggy, i can't hit any1 from 2 blocks away, and my ping is good.

second of all : can you remove the shop, because there are a lot of people who buy full diamond, and so the pvp is gone because in 2 hits you're literally dead -.-

Firstly, it isn't always that bad - it isn't laggy for everyone otherwise there would be more complaints and even when there is lagg, it doesn't last so be patient. It may be you, not just the server. Anyway, which kit pvp server were you on about, 1, 2 or 3?
Secondly, the shop is for people who can afford better items which makes it more fun for people as they kill others for diamond and I've played many times with it and got diamond myself - if you think there's too much, do /dispose for some of it. I think that maybe prices of it should rise slightly such as god apples but I think removing it completely is a bit drastic

well, i've heard a lot of people complaining about lagg ( KitPvP ) but appearently i'm the only one who takes the afford to say it by suggetions

It lags for most periods of the day, except after both resets. It's better to play at that time.

Um, no. The shop is part of the game, too. That is like asking to take shops out of assassins. xD

I like the shop - It isn't as overpowered as you think since a single god apple is 300 points :o and a full set of armour is even more. If you can afford an op kit, you deserve to use that op kit.
As for the lag, there's not much you can do since it isn't just "oh is k it'll be gone in a moment" lag, but instead it's "oh wow everybody has frozen in place for me again, sigh.." lag :/
I don't think assassins / kitpvp 1,3 lag very much though, so perhaps you'd like to play those instead. I don't know about everybody else, but i only lag on kitpvp 2.

The shop will not be removed. Players need to be able to use their points on something. If they really enjoy kitpvp they should be allowed to spend their points on armour or other items.

I can only assume that it lags when a lot of players are online. Just like on Skyblock.
