I do not think this will be added back in, since the chat before the game starts causes a lot of spam, just like "Vote for this/that" and "Want to team?" or "Let's all kill the VIP"

Chat got blocked due to donors getting spammed with "Vote op!" etc, and i'm pretty sure it'll stay how it is. :)
