Java Add all country hats playing in the world cup of 2022

Currently you have only a few hats containing the flag of a country. Most of them are “good” countries like The Netherlands, Germany and Spain. But also some “bad” ones like Argentina.

I think it will be a nice touch to add all hats of countries playing in the current world cup.

If its too late for this year, maybe next wc or european championship.
