Is my cow farm that bad?

I just made a cow farm and showed it to my friends but they started screaming and crying? They don't even play skyblock or minecraft in general so is my farm so bad that even people that don't play the game recognize it's flaws? Can someone point out what I did wrong?

Don't think it is bad, maybe your friends just didn't like the blocks you used, I think it is made fine.

You can make your farm look better but it looks fine in my opinion.

I'm not good at building. So, if you ask me, as long as it's functional, it's good.

Coincidentally the design that I was planning on making looks like a blockier version of the bottom half of that build (Just with an underground lab that implies the people who run the store are aliens which is where the cows would drop) Also whenever I use my current cow farm I keep hearing a weird beat, bass boosted sounds and someone saying "A mongoose" I've heard that there's a "wild update" so I'm assuming that's the new mob bec I don't really touch versions 1.12+ yet. I'm pretty sure my game is haunted though
