You guys deny people for being toxic but then dont give them evidence of the date they did this and what exactly it was they said which made them toxic.
How do you expect the same people to re apply if you deny them with the exact same excuse and 0 evidence?
That's like me denying someone doing art for me since they didn't do it themselves. Do you know how demotivating it is them knowing they put in the effort and did it themselves then I shut them down with no evidence?
That sounds really salty, let me rephrase, the designers and developers probably have a better idea of how game ideas/functions would work compared to someone in the community who doesn't have any experience in the matter.

thats been around for months possibly years at this point
I already reported it, However im saying that theres so much bugs in bedrock and the understaffing thing dosent help it. in java i think bugs get fixed faster cos theres more staff working. Again, Im not saying FIX YOUR BUGS OR I WILL KILL YOU or anything like that but im just saying that theres tons of bugs. and in bedrock these can be around for MONTHS.
as a dev i can say that this can be hard to implement, depending on how the map selection works, it may need a complete rewrite, which shouldn't take too long but if the devs are busy, that has to wait since its not a problem for everyone(I've played some games of eggwars before and never experienced lag)
bugs on java are fixed faster because the infrastructure isnt as complex as on bedrock

theres literally 3 maps on mega Time,fruit and fallen time and fruit had a generator level change and it took them about a day to release them but fallen got left behind and they still havent done anything about it and mega has been out for months now

They tell you how to improve. Perhaps they could be a bit more specific when it comes to toxic behavior. I haven't experienced this myself but I have heard a lot of people saying that they were not told what they did wrong. Senior Moderators are not allowed to tell you why they denied you (toxic behavior), but you can't improve yourself if you don't know what you should improve on. This might be something for @Cynamooo to look into/think about? It would help if the recruitment team tells the applicant why the team decided to deny their application.
Also the staff just ignore bedrock suggestions, like I can make a suggestion for bedrock and java and both are good but the java one will probably be implemented in a few hours while on the bedrock one no staff replies.
Five people, the most positive people you will ever meet got denied for toxicity. At this points its such an easy excuse to deny people since "Staff members cannot provide evidence"

No they tend to ignore suggestions in general.

i agree with telling them more like cuz lets say u get considering or something and ur application takes months to be looked at and your denied due to toxicity you will have 0 idea on when and how u were toxic
yeah they need more staff.. I get their side that the bedrock people are mostly ¨immature¨ or ¨inactive¨ on the formus or discord but I cant see a server with 50k having 10 staff thats every 1 staff for 10k players and thats just no.
Yes, I understand how frustrating it can be. My first application was denied as well. Why? Toxic behavior in chat. But I was accepted the second time... A denial doesn't mean that you can't become a Helper. Just try to improve yourself. I know it's hard to improve yourself when they didn't tell you what to improve on but just try your best. Be active on the forums, discord, and in-game. Create suggestions, reply to threads, help other players and show that you can be a good helper and addition to the staff-team.
