Why are there so many people in the translation team but no red name

Hi! Being part of the Translation Team doesn't come with the rank. The red Translator rank is a Staff Rank, and therefore is reserved to only the most hardworking and dedicated members of our team. Everyone who has the Translator rank is either a Head of Team (the people who lead the team) or someone that through their hard work and continued dedication has proven to be a valuable member of our team who deserves the recognition, as well as good interactions with the community, as all staff should have. Translator Staff are chosen by the Heads of Team. Our team has nearly 300 members, but only 18 currently possess the rank.
