You can still discuss your appeal in the option that says -Discuss appeal.

If your conversation is closed, as @Jiivan said, you can still contact a developer who handles sentinel appeals through a private conversation.

It appears your appeal has been denied, if you feel that you were falsely punished, you're always welcomed to start a conversation with a Sentinel Dev. In your case, you'll need to start a conversation with Hulk here on the forums, due to them denying your appeal. If you have any more concerns feel free to private message me. - Locked
