Appeal still not given. Ban because of skin

My brother was playing on my alt on Cubecraft when he got banned for a skin. I don't know which skin it was, but he quickly appealed the ban and changed the skin and told me I was going to get unbanned real fast. A few days later and I am still not unbanned. I don't understand why the appeal system works so slow, because I am waiting 5 days for a unban right now, because of a skin that I didn't select. Right now it is just a normal skin that doesn't deserve a ban so I don't understand why i am still banned because of this skin.
