Banned for no reason

I have been banned from public chat for no reason, I've appealed and said I had nothing to appeal! I checked for ghost mute and everything is fine. Please help me

Hello, you must have a shadow mute. Click HERE for help on how this can be solved. If this doesn’t help, you might want to get in touch with the server administrators for where you're seeing this "shadow mute", as the owner or admins would configure that setting per server/realm.
